The past few months have been pretty busy for me. At work, I’m getting a new SDA starting this Monday. I’ve worked with him before when he was a tech from TCS, so it’ll be interesting to see how things go over the next few weeks.
Outside of work, I recently launched a new business called TechNest Creations. Right now, I only have one product for sale—a 3D-printed dumbbell-shaped business card holder. It’s available on Etsy, but I’m competing with quite a few similar designs. That said, I have some features in mind to make mine stand out, like adding a rubber bottom to keep it from sliding around.

Business Goals
Starting TechNest Creations is a big step for me. My goal with this business is to create and sell custom 3D-printed products that combine both form and function. I’m starting small, but I plan to grow it into a full-fledged brand focused on:
- Home automation accessories
- Desktop organizers
- Fun and practical designs for everyday use
I want TechNest Creations to reflect my passion for tech, design, and problem-solving. Every product I design will be something I’d actually use myself. I plan to build a strong presence on Etsy, eventually expand to other platforms, and maybe even launch my own storefront down the line. If things go well, I’d love to turn this into a full-time venture.
Tools and Tech
Right now, I’m using my Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer to create items for myself, my family, and my shop. I’ve got a few more ideas in the works—especially around home automation—that I’m really excited to bring to life.
On the design side, I’ve been learning both Fusion 360 and Blender to improve my modeling skills. I even set up a dual-boot system so I can run Windows 11, since Fusion 360 still doesn’t play well with Linux.
